{"id":2393,"date":"2025-11-12T14:08:05","date_gmt":"2025-11-12T14:08:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/digitalshopingbags.com\/1stpkg\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=2393"},"modified":"2025-11-12T14:09:08","modified_gmt":"2025-11-12T14:09:08","slug":"customer-service-professional","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/digitalshopingbags.com\/1stpkg\/jobs\/customer-service-professional\/","title":{"rendered":"Customer Service Professional"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">Communicate with customers developing new and fostering existing relationships.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">Act as first point of contact placing, monitoring, and tracking customer orders. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">Schedule delivery appointments for direct &amp; indirect orders and communicate with warehouse and customers accordingly.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">Quote and generate Purchase Orders.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">Manage vendor cost changes and updates, internally and with customers.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">Communicate with customers to understand needs and find the best possible solutions to customer concerns.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">Arrange freight, scheduling, delivery of inbound stock from vendors. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">Maintain proper record retention on all receiving, sales orders, deliveries, and routing.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">Replenishment planning: demand forecasting, lead time forecasting, order frequency analysis, service level analysis. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">Analyze inventory needs and place purchase orders accordingly for general and customer dedicated stock. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">Recommends changes in process and procedures based on customer feedback.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">Use product, market, and functional knowledge in combination with company processes, procedures, and applications to ensure customer satisfaction.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s2\">Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Requirements<\/h4>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">High school diploma or equivalent.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">Strong planning, organizational, time management, and communication skills. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">Desire to learn and provide the best possible experience for our customers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">Fundamental knowledge of PC Applications. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p class=\"tx-excerpt\">Responsibilities Communicate with customers developing new and fostering existing relationships.&nbsp; Act as first point of contact placing, monitoring, and tracking customer orders.
